1. Dijital Access and Usage

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use any digital materials provided by altX Climate (e.g. PDFs, templates, strategy tools, or training content) strictly within your organization and for internal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of these materials—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content produced by altX Climate—including but not limited to text, visuals, strategic frameworks, training materials, and design assets—is the intellectual property of altX Climate and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Clients may use deliverables internally as defined in their individual agreements. Any reproduction, resale, or use of our materials for AI training or derivative works is not permitted without written consent.

3. Payments and Refunds

Service fees and project pricing are defined in each individual agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required before project commencement.

Due to the nature of our strategic and digital work, refunds are not typically offered once a service has begun.

If you have any concerns about a service, please contact info@altx.earth within 7 days of delivery to explore resolution options.

4. User Conduct Disclaimer

You agree to use altX Climate’s services and materials only for lawful and  in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Any attempt to hack, disrupt, misuse, or reverse-engineer our tools, systems, or digital assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or termination of service access.

5. Disclaimer

altX Climate provides communication, content, and sustainability advisory services for informational and strategic use only.

We do not provide legal, compliance, or financial advice.

While we aim for impact, we do not guarantee specific outcomes related to growth, funding, engagement, or regulatory performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, altX Climate shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or materials.

Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Changes will be posted on this page, with the updated date reflected at the top. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the most recent Terms.
